My 20 plus years of being a psychotherapist, now life coach, has given me this rare opportunity to help people develop their own individualized life purpose. I empower others by helping them make, meet and exceed goals in both their personal and professional lives. I specialize in all Life Coaching areas but excel in relationship coaching, spiritual coaching, trauma specialist/coaching and career coaching. Many say that the trauma of incarceration is inspiring.  For me, it was.  I learned how people with in the criminal justice system are forgotten and from my own experiences I can advocate, coach and provide mental health consulting for you and your family.  My experience in life coaching, mental health consulting and my many other areas of areas of expertise, I will help you create the life you love and have dreamed about.
